The hotel had a great atmosphere and convenient amenities. The room was impressive but lacked some cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond for a special occasion. Shuttle service was handy, and the view was fantastic. Minor elevator issues but overall a memorable stay.

They were very friendly, helpful, and flexible, accommodating our requests with a personalized touch. the free airport shuttle service was super convenient, providing a hassle-free transfer from the terminal. the room was impressive with great views, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to the weather, but it looked inviting. the location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas.

One area for improvement could be the pricing at the bar, which seemed a bit steep. Offering more competitive prices for drinks would enhance the overall guest experience.

We enjoyed the nearby jogging paths and bicycle trails, perfect for outdoor family exercise. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to luxury shopping and dining, as well as the historic Arlington Cemetery and nearby Great Falls Park, provided plenty of attractions for our family to explore during our stay.

My wife says that a children's play area would have been a great addition.

Upon arrival, we had the option to check in electronically which was nice. the hotel entrance was beautiful and well, kept. Our room, a regular room with a king, sized bed, was fabulous. We absolutely loved the shower pressure and water temperature. the ice machine on our floor was conveniently located. Although our room didn't have a great view, the window provided just enough natural lighting.

The conference room chairs were tattered and uncomfortable, making it easier to stand. We ordered some items that we forgot, but they never arrived at our room.

Loved everything about the room, except for two little quirks. The bathroom mirror light stayed on all night, creating a mini runway in the room! It's like the room was ready for take-off at any moment. And the surprise 6 AM alarm? It woke me up with a jolt, feeling like a scene from a slapstick comedy. Aside from these, the room was a haven.
